1. How can I contact you?

2. How can I buy items on your site?
I use PayPal to process purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service. At this time, I do not accept cash, checks, or money orders

3. How much is shipping?
I use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and tracking to ship items at a flat rate of $4. Currently, I only ship to U.S. addresses.

4. When will I receive my purchase?
After you place your order, you will receive two e-mails: one from PayPal detailing your receipt, and one from me detailing your order and an approximate date of arrival. The delivery date ranges from 1-4 weeks after receiving my e-mail message, depending on stock. You will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information once your package is sent. If you need the item sooner, please contact me before purchasing.

5. Can I return/exchange my purchase?
I do not accept returns/exchanges unless the item was damaged as a result of shipping. If shipping-related damage does occur, please contact me within one week of the date of delivery.

6. But what if it doesn't fit?
Each product comes with length and width descriptions. Please take these into consideration before buying. However, if the item turns out to be too small, lengthening it is a fairly painless procedure. This problem can be fixed by mail free of charge. Shortening an item is much more complicated, and can only be accomplished through a custom order (see next question).

7. Can you do custom orders?
I can make pieces longer or shorter, depending on your measurements. I can also make designs in different color schemes. Please contact me with any requests before you make a purchase. Custom designs are also available upon request.

8. What makes this jewelry so expensive?
Time, time, and more time. This type of beaded jewelry is very labor intensive. The time and care it takes to make these pieces are what set them apart from similar factory-made jewelry. And because there are few people crazy enough to venture into this kind of beading, you're guaranteed a rare and unique piece of jewelry.

9. Who makes these pieces?
Just me — from design start to beading finish. And I have a 9-5. This is my 6-1AM.
